The layout centers around a full-size pickleball court, a dedicated bocce ball lane, a putting green, and an open turf soccer field—creating seamless flow from structured play to casual relaxation. A sleek modern pool anchors the design, complemented by a raised spa and a sunken firepit lounge that invites conversation under the stars. The outdoor kitchen and covered dining area make this a year-round destination for gatherings, while layered plantings and thoughtful lighting add comfort, privacy, and ambiance.
